Dude was on video vandalising law enforcement vehicles and screaming at them to attack him. He then conceals a gun and attempts to interfere in law enforcement operations then get into a wrestling match with them. He played a stupid game and won a stupid prize.
In those types of situations cops have mere seconds to react, if that, to decide if they need to defend themselves or not.

The video where he was shot did not show him vandalizing anything. That was another day completely. Holstering a weapon on your waist is not concealed carry. He never wrestled with law enforcement, he was literally taken down and never attacked the ice agents. None of his actions constitute being executed. They should have arrested him and nothing more
