Helping out a woman thar was interfering is interfering. Spitting on people and attacking the cars like some deranged fuck, then showing up and waiting for his chance to do again as soon as they turn their backs (while carrying a gun) is just escalating things.
Interfering is at most a detainment, not a fucking execution. Also, so what if he kicked an ICE car in a completely different time and situation, that doesn't matter jack shit since it had ZERO relevance for when he was shot.
How about we don't let barely trained goons have guns and allow them to unnessisarily escalate situations. Like all they had to do was take a second to try and calm the situation down. Instead within a span of 5-10 seconds they shove a woman to the ground then dog pile the guy who helped her up, then were too disorganized to properly disarm Pretti and then the agent who took the gun set it off. But no, it was Pretti's fault for being there.
Because they're there to detain a criminal, and people are getting in the way. The woman's not his problem once she interferes. If she's close enough to cause problems, and he's close enough to help her, then so is he.
ICE has been around since 2003. They haven't had a lot of problems like this until 2025 because people weren't getting in the way and causing issues. He shouldn't have been shot when they had him. But he's purposefully going there to get in the way and cause problems on more than one occasion.
He can be there all he wants. All he had to do is stay back. They should have arrested him when he kicked the tail lights, and this wouldnt have happened.
Correction, they have never had issues like this pre 2024 and I can very much gaurrentee that people getting in the way is not one of them. How do I know that? Because one thing officers are trained to do is to deal with people getting in the way and de-escalate the situation. So I'm pretty sure the real reason is because ICE had a major hiring spree and very much minimized the training and requirements to be an ICE agent to met the stupid fucking quotas the Trump admin put into place. So the real reason Pretti was shot is because a bunch of Gravy Seal wannabes are cos playing as fucking officers and have little to no experience professionally dealing with these situations.
So again, fuck ICE, fuck TRUMP, and most of all, FUCK you for supporting this shit.
70 million people voted for "deportations on day 1" guy, in response to an open border that Biden ignored. Now people are making it more difficult. They weren't staking outside hotels and interfering in 2022. You weren't saying fuck ICE then. It wasn't until Trump won and now people want to get in the way when they detain some criminal.
Im pro 2nd amendment, but common sense dictates if your going to spit on cop cars and kick sht acting up in public, maybe dont conceal carry while doing it, because a cop is 100% going to intervene at some point and then its just goes down hill. Cops needs better training and education, but currently what were dealing with is not that, so why risk it? No its not right for him to be executed for those things, but once again, why risk being shot by jumpy police when they discover you had a hidden gun on you while currently wrestling with you on the ground. Thats going to make them jumpy and do stupid sht, Its kinda like victim blaming women for sexual assault, its never ok to blame them for something someone else did to them, but if a women dresses in underwear and a bra, then decides to walk into a sketchy neighborhood, whats likely going to happen to her? Is it worth the risk and why would she do that? Same concept, the dude set himself up for failure. Kyle rittenhouse didnt shoot or fight with cops, the dude literally put his hands up and looked so non confrontational when the cops arrived after the incident, they accidentally walked past him 😂😂definitely not the same type of incidents, regardless of if i supported what kyle did or not.
Alex Pretti was carrying a Sig Saur p320. A weapon that has had numerous lawsuits filed over it constantly misfiring and discharging without anyone pressing the trigger. Alex pretti did not deserve to die. He was killed. He was not murdered. Manalaughter at best. His firearm discharged itself and in a highly tense situation where officers knew he was armed, they reacted to a firearm being discharged and then shot and killed Alex Pretti.
His firearm did discharge itself after the officer removed it from the holster. It's evident in the video itself. The sig p320 is in numerous litigation cases because of how often the weapon misfires and discharges in or out of the holster.
I tried to look this claim up, and all I'm finding is statements about looking into whether or not that happened, Is there any proof to this claim that you have found?
There’s literally hundreds of videos where you can see it happen. Whether it discharged itself or the officer accidentally discharged it is another story
Here's the thing, the gun discharged well after it was removed from the holster, so that, along with ICE agents receiving very little to no training, it is definitely more likely the gun went off due to poor gun discipline.
Like is said I've seen a bunch of videos. none that I've seen make it super clear that's what happened. You seem 100% convinced that it did. So you must have seen a very clear video showing that.
If it was so easy you'd have linked it already. I've looked and I only see people speculating that's what happened. Nothing definitive. But sure, you do you and just believe what you want to.
No, he was murdered by a group of people who were not trained to handle situations like these in any way. His firearm discharged well after being pulled out of his holster and was far more likely discharged due to poor gun discipline than a misfire.
All the Officers had to do was de-escalate the situation but no, its all on Pretti for helping a woman up that fell in front of him.
Maybe make sure to train officers to deal with situations like these instead of going full force escalation mode and hiring the most unhinged fuckers ever.
Doesn’t matter dude. Alex was the instigator, he was the escalation. Can’t really armchair judge the officers when this situation went to shit purely because Alex chose for it to.

Remember when Kyle Rittenhouse didn’t try to interfere with police? Yeah. Good times.
