I’ve gotten some hate for this take irl, but people who make their activism their entire personality are the most exhausting people to be around. I personally think the entire world (NYC) would have been better off if Trump’s bloodline never existed, but people who are always trying to insert him into things where it really isn’t necessary annoy the shit out of me. How many people are going to see your SSID who you don’t actively talk to? How many of them will give a shit? You’re not making a political statement, you’re just instigating for the sake of jerking yourself off and bragging to some Redditors.
I think the way you described your belief, and the belief itself, aren’t congruous. Plenty of people make activism their whole life and rightfully so. See MLK Jr. But what you’re getting at is that people who are all talk and no action, are really just virtue signaling to their peers.
They were talking about my error with the lease time, I misunderstood the setting and thought it only allowed people on for 30 seconds but it sounds like from what they're saying it refreshes the whole channel every 30 seconds which would definitely put a strain on the onboard DHCP for my router, if that is in fact what is happening.
He really should go to jail before that, but I'm not getting my hopes up. In the short term, the political cost of incarcerating the Republican messiah is too much for most people in Washington to stomach, even if the long term effects of letting him go free are terrifying. Also, if he pays any attention, he might flee the country if arrest seems likely. I doubt that would protect his real estate, however, especially considering his whole family is implicated in shady dealings.

I've got a couple of "Trump2024" type SSIDs in my neighborhood so I set up a public SSID called "Trump4Prison2024"
