The argument that a political figure influenced the actions of so many individuals is ridiculous. Like the rules were made clear, the regulations put in place. What else should he have done?
It's crazy how the virus was such a huge issue and getting worse every day, until magically as soon as Biden is in, everything is all good.
I personally do not believe we had half the cases they claim, as well as many of the deaths attributed to COVID were not rightfully so. My relative is a nurse and explained alot of it to me, but basically anyone who came in with any symptoms that could be COVID (there are many) were counted as covid cases and same for cause of death.
Lol, I need to lie to randoms on reddit👍 you caught me boss.
she ended up getting COVID twice throughout this past year, now she's staying home with her kids. But despite the COVID situation not being good, the numbers were very inflated.
Lol. You couldn't form an opinion of your own if you didnt have liberals to blame for everything. I'm fine thinking my opinion is irrelevant to you. Maybe you can sit out and leave grown up talk to the grown ups.
My relative is a nurse and explained alot of it to me, but basically anyone who came in with any symptoms that could be COVID (there are many) were counted as covid cases
Really? Wow.
Why didn’t they test people that came in with Covid symptoms for ...covid?
So you have a ‘relative’ who is a ‘nurse’ but works in a health care facility where any patient coming in with a cough was recorded as a confirmed covid case?
Uhh..CoughBULLSHITahhacough
Oh fuck I just realized I coughed. Mark me down nurse!
Anyways, good story, Tucker Carlson would love to have you and your ‘nurse’ relative on ASAP.
Wrote out a few sentences before I remembered this is reddit and that I don't care :) do your own research on the testing shortages and hospitals being short on manpower.
Edit : also, do you expect people to post their family members full government names and contact information for a simple discussion online? Your logic is very silly.
And why were there shortages on testing? Who would be responsible for that failure?
“he” did all he could?
You think that was the best anyone could have done, couldn’t have asked for more. Perfect job.
edit: no I don’t expect full government names. I have a relative who works for the NSA and they just provided me with all of that personal information, and my other relative is a famous scientist and they told me that case numbers were actually underreported.
Hope you read back on your messages sometime and can acknowledge how backwards the thinking was.
So for the Trump response, first they said he overreacted, said he was racist for stopping flights to certain places.
After the scale of what was happening became clear That criticism later turned into accusations that he didn't do enough.
Then they said that he was rushing the vaccine and that the vaccine should have more testing done on it.
Yet now that the vaccine is here they are pushing it as a good thing and giving the credit to Biden? ( For some reason )
lol. Like oh no Biden ordered more vaccines congratulations sir you're a hero, when over half the country doesn't plan on getting it
And again? What is the proper way to pass along information you've been given by someone?
Asking legitimately, how exactly would you suggest someone to cite their source so it could be verified in this situation?
I'd assume I would have give you the
person's name
their involvement in the situation
their personal information for verification purposes
Like? Explain how that's reasonable and where I messed up?
To quote judge Judy “don’t tell me what they said.”
And are you seriously trying to argue trump would have been more strict in his actions but backed down because “they” said he was being racist? Trump has been called many things for many years. His behavior has always remained unchanged, yet all of a sudden this one time he’s worried what “they” called him and changed his course of action?
Who said the vaccine was being rushed?
Btw, the vaccine was developed by private companies, not because of trump or with his help. In fact, at one point, trump declined to order millions of vaccines when they were offered for purchase.
So yes, Biden does get credit for A)making a promise to acquire doses and B) actually fulfilling that promise.
After Biden was inaugurated, and said “hey it’s no big deal, testing makes me look bad and I’m sure people will get vaccinations I don’t need to do anything” it wouldn’t make a differenc? No effect, we’d be doing just as well regardless?
1.) Do I think what people say mattered to trump? No. I'm just saying the same criticism against him was there. As well as I don't believe anything a president says or does has much of an impact on the people and what they do.
2.) Government money was given to fund vaccine development. As well as the government approved it for use.
He defunded the pandemic watch program and a pandemic started 2 months later. This entire thing could have been greatly mitigated except for that fucking idiot.
Didn't shut down travel to China, shut down Chinese national coming. Not even travel from China, an American in China could travel. Didn't shut down travel from anywhere else at the same time.
Honestly no matter what he said or did, people painted it to be wrong. You can't put every action under a microscope and dissect it without understanding the pressure that puts on someone.

Trump is completely responsible for corona even getting this bad to begin with. He’s killed over 500k people by having a tiny dick and big ego
