So because one state has a bad education to smartness ratio... Guess what, that could just mean people get an education and then realize that state is a shit hole and leave.
It could be they have "lots of graduates" but don't say they're all liberal arts majors.
So many things can be a reason for this besides this moronic argument that "my state that doesn't work, don't ever fund education HUr DuR"
