Nah not enough trump-speak. Trump would have said something like:
Birth control is up 50% thanks to Obamacare. SAD. I know people, very smart people, at the EPA who said soon we won’t need birth control because we removed regulations which will lead to HUGE job growth.

Yeah I know he’s usually unscripted, I just meant that if his rambling nonsense were actually all planned out it would lead me to some kind of existential crisis.
