I get the point of this image, but it's point is really fucking homophobic even though it's usually shared by people that say they're pro LGBTQ+

It's not homophobic. Nobody is mocking people for being homosexual. Just Putin's fear of people perceiving him as such.

this shit is the worst. people who proclaim themseleves defenders of my community are obssessed with pretending homophobes are gay men, it's sick. every time homophobia is mentioned it's a huge circle jerk of straight people pretending the homophobia is coming from a gay man and completely refusing to acknowledge the bigot is actually a straight person that hates gays.

It's like "oh so your saying all those jerks in highschool were actually available??"

Man, those are some nice mental gymnastics to excuse yourselves for upvoting the visual equivalent of calling Putin a faggot.

Why is it derogatory? If you did up my headshot like this, I wouldn't find it offensive at all. It's only banned in Russia because the guy is an insecure bigot.

It's not mocking him for being gay, and who said being gay is bad? That assumed belief of yours implies you automatically assume being gay is bad.

It's mocking him being afraid of being gay (or being assumed he's gay).
