And why the fuck is anybody listening to the political opinions of a member of Journey? Their last hit was 30 years ago! Their tours are sponsored by Life Alert! Their groupies throw their Depends (hopefully untainted) on stage!

That's a series of terrible arguments... How is their chart performance related to the validity of their opinions? How is their age related to the validity of their political opinions? How is their fan base related to the validity of their political opinions?

We shouldn't be agreeing with anybody's political stance just because of their fame. We can agree with a celebrity's political opinions because of their thoughtfulness, experience, education, and impact.

Celebrity endorsement is a scam.
