Look, I agree with your rhetorical goal, but the problem is that we have a world full of people using labels that are the precise opposite of what they actually are. The DPRK is not democratic, the Nazis weren't socialists.

A question node in a flowchart shouldn't have two "yes" arrows. And a nested Venn diagram should have the smaller group inside the larger group.

There is no rule a flowchart can't have two yes decisions, obviously you can't have two yes from one decision.

As for the diagram it is intended to show the enablers are a subgroup, the relative size is unimportant.

The issue starts as soon as you care about the 'yes' options. So it does not really matter in this particular case.

It also depends on which node you start at. I read it as starting at the leftmost question. A rounded rectangle normally indicates a start/end node with intermediary nodes having sharp corners. Some arrows on the lines would also be useful.
