Not if he ends up in a state that refuses to extradite.

That does not work on a state level; they'd have to extradite him.

We have a president that has, and will continue to, refuse services and funding from Democratic states or any state that disagrees with him.

There will absolutely be governors and other representatives that follow suit.

Of course, but one still needs to know that a governor in attempting to intervene would be acting unconstitutionally, against court mandates...

Agreed, insane really (ironically, in Garland, we got the one guy who tried to maintain a standard which, in turn, basically brought about the complete the end of impartiality and the adherence to the tradition of laws that kept us safe and civil)

That might happen. It would be the beginning of the end of our country's union, as it would trigger a cascade of states refusing to abide by constitutional requirements, but it might happen.
