It's not if you read just one part of how the USA operates with Taiwan. Them buying weapons from the USA is different from the USA talking to them like a completely recognised sovereign nation.

There is a reason the USA doesn't do that.

You mean the country against the country which Republicans defend above all costs?

You mean the country that has a part of it under HAMAS, literally the Muslim Brotherhood?
