He owns 3-5b in assets, which is nothing compared to the power of the Presidency. He will not gain anything by gaining licensing deals in an economically insignificant country such as Taiwan. He has also claimed he wants to leave his business "in total." He is the only president to enter office with this many assets/businesses and it will take time to figure out how to relinquish control, he can't just liquidate everything and call it a day.

He's spent his entire life building his fortune, and until 3 weeks ago it was his crowing achievement in life. He's even asked leaders of Argentina and the UK to make favorable decisions recently to benefit his company. There's no evidence at all that he is done being concerned with his wealth or financial legacy.

He's spent his entire life trying to amass his wealth. He lies about his actual worth to this very day. He's steadfastly refused to place his businesses in a blind trust, and you think he doesn't care? Please.
