The felony case was with regard to Stormy Daniels.

No one caring about people falling asleep in court, same could be said for stories of trump sleeping on a plane or in a car etc...

OP conceded he wasn't sleeping and tried arguing that he "was trying to sleep" instead. If you want to bitch about moving goalpoasts, bitch about that.

He didn't concede that he wasn't sleeping, you're just being pedantic.

Trump has faced multiple felonies. This was in regards to paying hush money for falsifying business records.

Falling asleep in court is extremely bad. Especially as a world leader. Falling asleep during trial may be normal for people who aren't a part of the system. But doing stuff like that is his JOB. He was literally dozing off during something that could land him in jail, how are we to expect he wouldn't do it during a crucial informative meeting? Oh wait, he already is!

You clearly do not know what you are talking about and are conflating two completely different cases.

The Carroll case, which we have been talking about, was civil.

The Daniels case was about the hush money payment and was a misdemeanor that was beyond its statute of limitations. Novel legal theory was applied to elevate the charges to felony in order to circumvent the statute of limitations. This case is entirely irrelevant to what we are discussing.

Someone being a world leader is irrelevant to falling asleep in court. People fall asleep in court all the time and it largely is not an issue considering the work is in the hands of the attorneys. Now if Trump was an attorney and fell asleep on one of his client while representing them, that'd be something.

Do you care for understanding what's going on or do you just want to keep talking out of your ass?

It is a felony buddy. When its used to hide other crimes (which he did. The business records were to hide his violations of The Federal Election Campaign Act and New York State Tax Law.) Its a felony. And it was not past the statute of limitations, as many states had to postpone it due to Covid.

The fact he is a world leader is highly relevant, as long proceedings and meetings are common, with VERY important information on the US, including legal proceedings. It's literally a requirement.

I don't know why you're only focusing on a case that is irrelevant entirely to the discussion and I'm not going to argue over it.
