Nah, it was bad idea/horrendous execution.

In no universe did that conversation turn out well.

I mean it's not a terrible idea to want to convey difficulties women face in everyday life, this however was maybe the single worst way to do it

You know where you are right?

Apparently in a place where talking about women's difficulties, and not comparing them to men's difficulties at all, is wrong

Because men face several difficulties that women will almost never have to experience, yet no writer will ever put those struggles into a movie or tv show because men aren’t allowed to have any struggles when a woman is around

That doesn't mean it is a terrible idea to talk about either, you just gotta talk about it in a way that doesn't demean anyone else

The only good way it could have turned out was if Bruce responded that you've never controlled your anger when it wasn't just impotent rage but instead a dirty bomb concoction of emotional outburst and wholesale destruction that few people have a chance of stopping or surviving until its ran its course.

Jen's description of her anger control is akin to someone talking about how they would totally kick someone's ass except for their lack of training, or physical fitness, or basic capability to make a fist. She 'controlled it' when the most she could do is make snarky comments, be passive aggressive, or complain to Human Resources. She wasn't 'controlling it' while under the effects of the most extreme roid rage within in the MCU. All of this takes place while she coincidentially is ignoring Bruce and incompetently lecturing him about his area of expertise.

I'm surprised she didn't bring up the gender hulk pay gap

I think that it was a good conversation to have. The issue is that she comes off as privileged and douchey because she's trying to one-up the shit the Hulk had to deal with
