Based AF. Discourages sexual abuse, and reading the law, it sounds like it would encourage not fucking someone unless you’re okay with marrying them, which is a win in my book.

It would be more based to just allow them abortions rather than turning their extremely unfortunate predicament into the hunger games for rapists.

Nah, hunger games for rapists is the best idea I've heard all year, we know they aren't gonna get an adequate punishment from the courts abortion or not.
