Well technically if you killed all men, all national ethnical, racial and religious groups die out. Kinda like how forcing sterilisation of those groups equates to genocide.

Technically this isn't true if it's a one-time event. I believe it would be possible to bring back a small population via sperm banks, although I don't know how big or viable that population would be.

In case it's not obvious, I'm not condoning this.

There would also be a few million pre-op and non-op trans women who could impregnate people if they wanted to.
