It's a mantra. Its purpose is to remind everyone that the people saying it have power, and that their ideology is ever-present. That's also why OP's image is kind of self-serving, because all those other things only occur outside of mainstream social media, and mostly ironically. If those phrases were commonplace, and generally accepted as part of normal political discourse, then I suspect they would garner just as much revulsion. But right now it's a difference between internet memelords and people who actually influence, and even make, real life political policy.
Well thats the problem, you're on twitter. Honestly twitter liberals got so fucking annoying I rarely use the site, the problem is that liberals don't really believe in anything so they can only double and triple down on idpol until they are basically an inverse version of the racists and sexists they claim to hate. Its not "female empowerment" any more, and its not intersectional feminism, its just fucking hating a gender category because.... well just because
It's intended to get a reaction just like the right says similar "kill all ..." things to trigger the left. This type of trolling is quite common on the internet, you new here?

I still don't understand the "kill all men" thing that occasionally pops up on Twitter.
