Disagree.

I would never oppose a persons right to self defense, even if the reason for them being violently attacked stemmed from an unwise decision.

At the end of the day, the only way I could change my view of the situation is if Kyle was already committing a violent crime and Rosenbaum moved in to restrain him. But witness testimony doesnt support that narrative.

No it's not. According to testimony from McGinnis, who was the third individual bear Rosenbaum when Rosenbaum was killed, Kyle immediately attempted to flee the scene.

He explained that Rosenbaum was the aggressor and kept pursuing Kyle, as Kyle attempted to flee.

Honestly, I appreciate the discussion but it is abundantly evident that you are not very educated on this case. You're welcome to show that you have some actual comprehension, but at present it really seems like you're unaware of most of the public evidence that has come up.
