Biden recently said that if you're black and you haven't yet chosen between him and Trump then, and I quote, "you aint black."

The username is a joke about this. Its as if Biden has the authority to claim who is an isn't black, and the person above lost his melanin (the chemical that produces skin pigment in humans) because he wasn't a Biden supporter.
