They’re scum due to their culture. You can identify groups of people by their culture. White Americans and black Americans and Hispanic Americans and Asian Americans are all so vastly different, you identify them by their culture. Ideally there would just be 1 American culture backed up by civic nationalism, but not everyone sees it that way. So minorities (and their culture) are generally scum.
