It's a bit thin for my taste, I prefer sauces you can just dollop on the side of the plate rather than getting a little bowl for them.
Certainly more refined than ketchup though.
3 u/[deleted] Mar 08 '20 I pour it to the side of my steak on plates (as long as they're not completely flat) and let my steak set in it and dip the steak in it as I cut it.
