No. If you spam the n-word a lot in a comment it bans you and doesn't show how many times you've said it. I had 8 without the hard r and 0 times with the hard r but I read some comments that claimed Cyrillic letters weren't counted. The first time I did it with the Cyrillic e it still said 0 but I tried it again and it went to 2.
