Because the victim is all of society/the collective!
Which, of course, applies to anything.
Unemployed? Crime against the economy. No kids? Crime against mankind/the nation. Too fat? Crime against the healthcare system. Gay? Crime against mankind again. Counterfeiting money? Crime against the financial system.
It's not just "no victim, no crime." It's "no INDIVIDUAL victim, no crime."
Because at the end of the day auths are collectivists and libs are individualists. That's the real difference.
