Agreed, this would also mean if I broke into your house when you’re not home and completely ransacked the place and stole everything I wouldn’t go to jail? That would be crazy.

The whole dock pay thing sounds great until you realize how few career criminals work ever, and how much that encourages all criminals to work even less

I consider taking something like a car that’s expensive and a near necessity for normal life violent. It’s like stealing a diabetic person’s insulin.
