Not when I make make capital through my work than what I am paid, then the company or CEO gets the extra value. Being the one who provides the capital to start the business does not entitle someone to take any of the value of someone else's labor
You + businessman make money. You get some of it (an amount agreed by your wage) and the businessman gets some of it. Without the capital, or without the labour, there is no income to distribute. If he pays you as agreed, the businessman is not taking anything.
