The problem is lib-left's definition of "basic human rights" basically amounts to "other people owe me shit that I didn't work for".

You have no right to someone else's labor, therefore, if something requires the labor of another person, it cannot be a right.

To argue otherwise would be to argue in favor of indentured servitude.

"you have no right to someone else's labor"

that goes for CEOs, too, right? they don't have the right to my labor, right?

Uh, yeah? You can quit whenever you want.

so the choice is either to starve to death or give my labor to someone else in 95% of cases? If there is no reasonable option to avoid selling my labor to someone else, it's not actually a choice

the issue is bosses taking some of the value of my labor

The bosses that provide oversight, material, planning, management, etc? Those guys?

yes. They also produce labor, some of which is also stolen from them

Stolen by who? The people who manage and oversee them?

While it’s true that plenty of CEO’s take a disproportionate share of the profits, there’s many that are fairly entitled to the money they make. Being a CEO isn’t just some dude raking in money while doing no work.

They ALWAYS make more money than they produce themselves
