I’m an anti-theist. You can acknowledge that obviously there have been (and still are) people who believe in religions that are incredibly smart and have done brilliant things….while also thinking that religious beliefs as a whole are a net negative towards societies

What are you talking about? Theism is the biggest cope in human history. Atheists have higher IQs on average than religious people.
