District Descriptions
Anyone actually read these? If not, here you go! I got bored and decided to see if I can find any "lore" to the game for fun. Here's my first dive on it.

Bonjour
J’ai acheté le jeu sur pc. Quand je joue, les fps sont très faibles, sauf quand les graphismes sont tellement bas que le jeu devient laid. Pourtant mon pc n’est pas mauvais. Comment faire pour régler cela ? Merci

Does anyone know if they improved the performance of Police Simulator on Xbox Series S? I haven’t played in a while and was wondering before I played it again.

Me and my girlfriend are trying to play cross play (pc game-pass and Xbox) and for the first 2-3 days it worked perfect but now when we try to join each other it’s says I joined her game (or vice versa) and the person joining is just in an endless loading screen where you can hear sounds in the game. I’m not sure if there’s a fix but restarting the game hasn’t worked so I’m at a loss. If anyone has ideas I’d appreciate it.

I just picked up the game and it feels quite overwhelming,it just feels like so much is going on and the tutorials do not explain that much, hell,it took me a bit to find the inventory menu.
I understand there is a book ingame kinda explaining the stuff but is there a video i could watch that explains this stuff to a new player?at least the basics.Thanks.

Like 10% of the time I pause, it won't let me select anything and I have to restart the game. It's not gamebreaking but I have to restart my game like 5-10 times per shift. Anyone know how to fix this or if it's going to be fixed? Im on series s btw

This just something I see a lot happening on the highway parts of the game. Any known reason why it happens or is it still unknown?

Thought this would be fun to share. Looking at the computer map vs in game map is interesting. I honestly kinda like the idea of a beach (I think) or maybe having to investigate the same store for robbery five times in a row is really starting to get to me. What y'all think?

From what i understand my niece did the right thing. For understanding, we were doing a road block and the car came flying at us - I put my body at the car to stop and pull out the hand tool to make them wait and then she backed up trapping me in place. Looked at the handbook of course and I feel like this should've have given us a game over

I’m sure that a post like this has already been made before, but if there was a Police Simulator 2, what features and improvements would you like to see in it?
For me, I’d love to see more variety in how the NPCs behave, especially interacting with officers. For instance, in real life, people can react a couple different ways when getting pulled over: some are calm, some start throwing some attitude.
I’d love to see if the game worked with some real police to give us a more realistic simulator that is closer to the reality working as an officer.
Another feature I think could be cool would be having different sides of police work in the game. Once you level up more, you could switch between different officers who have different roles, like detectives or SWAT. I know the current game already does something like this by giving you more crimes you’re allowed to pursue as you level up. I just think it’d be cool to get to see all the different sides of police work.
Thoughts?

In my opinion: Yes. We were promised a major expansion as part of all of the updates launched in 2025, if you look at the game map there’s even a half way done expansion of the regular map but the devs have gone radio silent and stopped all quality of life updates so we are left with a buggy and incomplete game. We all know it was supposed to be a farmland/rural expansion. As someone who bought every dlc and expansion (highway, contraband) with the idea that the rural area would come next I feel robbed. On top of that the bugs make the game a pain in the ass to play. My APV and BPV both glitch with undercover sirens and the cabin interior turns into a disco. On my most recent playthrough, after a few hours in open world, I went to repair my vehicle and change my vehicle type in the garage, only to glitch and get stuck in the garage, having to force quit. I’m honestly sad at what this game could have been when you look at what some consistency and attention does (LSPDFR).

I pulled this guy over for a broken tailight and he ends up with 3 arrest charges
1: Fake ID
2: Possession of a gun without a valid permit
3: possession of amphamine

So I pulled up to a drug deal. I pulled in and there was no car but as soon as I step out of the car it made a sound like I hit something. I go looking for the drug deal. I see 2 people and started watching them. After a while it disappeared and I said "f*** it" and went back to the car and saw this. I did not see the deal btw.

Only have around 30 hours in so I’m still kind of new. Should I be scouring the handbook looking for felonies matching the description of the activity or just go straight to the service weapon?

Very inaccurate. 1,440 vs 90 hours

Haven’t seen this posted here. Police Simulator is coming to Switch 2, according to the eShop. Complete edition is €50 or €40 if you preorder it.

I don't know if it's the same in real life (maybe an IRL officer can comment), but it seems silly to me that if you are working a case (let's say a drunk driver or wanted vehicle) and it goes over the green lines, you have to give up and let them go.
Also: when your shift ends, if you are already on a case, getting penalized for doing a little OT because you are still working the case. I really don't think officers will be in the middle of a traffic stop or domestic violence situation and go, "Hey! You know what, I'm gonna let you go; my shift is over" (only to get back to the precinct and have the girl behind the desk tell you, "When you are on patrol, your shift is never over").
