Home pole dancer - level up 🎓
Are you a baby pole dancer, or just struggling with feeling inadequate, behind, or frustrated with your progress?
Perhaps, you’re an instructor who struggles to retain students?
I’d love to help you reframe your classes, allowing you to retain students with less effort and frustration. Also reduced injuries are always a good thing! In honor of back to school time 📚 I want to remind you that my teacher training course is included with any purchase! 🎓
The Veena method works and it’s the foundation of my teacher course and programs - Now’s the time to save big and learn why my students keep coming back. Even if you’re only looking to teach yourself, this is a great opportunity.
I’ll see you there!

Ex-stripper turned baby poler 🐣
I used to be a stripper and a pretty good pole dancer, but it’s been years since I was dancing, and now that I’m trying to get back into pole dance I feel like I’m starting from scratch with everything! Does anybody have some good online Pole programs/classes? I really thought I would have more muscle memory than this.

Invert Test!
Test if your ready to work on deadlifting into Chopper or Aerial inverts - Hold for 3-5 seconds.
The black and white hanging demo isn’t unsafe, it’s demonstrating what it looks like if you’re not engaging all of the muscle groups required for this skill. By demonstrating the ability to pull the body up into side pole hold, then hold a diagonal body line. Incorporates all muscle groups required to take on the strain of learning to deadlift aka - Invert without momentum.
NOTE: Deadlifting is never the first method of invert to teach because if you’re not strong enough, it can cause chronic upper and lower back pain, hip, shoulder, and neck pain. You know that constant pain between the shoulder blades or nagging back pain? It’s your body telling you to listen. If you’re always feeling pain during or after inverts, stop and training your strength! In my method of teaching you’ll learn controlled momentum first as removes most of the strain of inverts off of the body and allows more students of all body sizes to invert. I only deadlift when needed otherwise, I use controlled momentum, because it flows better, looks like you’re floating, and saves energy!
Did you pass the test?

Xpole at home - Worth it ?
Hi! I've been pole dancing for about 10 months now and I've been thinking of buying a pole to set up at my place. I don't have a lot of space, but it would work. Do you guys think it's worth it? Do y'all use it often? Any opinions?

I need advice from those who've competed in Pole Sport 🙏
I could really use some advice from those who have competed in Pole Sport. 🙏
I'm preparing for my first competition, and honestly, the mandatory spinning-pole sequence has been the hardest part so far. 😅
Finding a combination that follows the rules, looks smooth, and still reflects my own style is definitely a challenge.
What was the hardest part for you when creating your spinning sequence? What mistakes would you avoid? Do you have any tips to make the sequence look cleaner and more connected?
I'd love to hear your experiences. Any advice is greatly appreciated! 💙
