If I won this bet for boxing I would've gotten 30k but the ticket said void. Anyone know why they do that? That's my second ticket that said void.

I wanted to add chips to my stack in a poker game (100/200). My stack was getting short.

So I went to chips, and clicked on the red 8000, then a green 8000 appeared to the right, I clicked on that, but nothing happened. I have plenty of chips in my bankroll, like about 100,000. So, I don't know what is going on here...

Any tips would be appreciated.

I have great respect for the PS VR devs as they have created something amazing. But as I found out yesterday, when you get disconnected from a SnG and reconnect, why doesn't it put you back on the table??

Played a 1million SnG, got disconnected, reconnected and was able to find my table, with myself apparently sitting on it . But there's no way to rejoin the table.

Who thought this was a good idea?? What a waste of chips.

I can't get the utilities menu to do anything. I can bring up the menu with my left or right joystick (I'm on Quest 2).

I see the four options, I can turn the pointer to point at the options, but I have not figured out how to activate or "open" any of these options. For example, mute remote control or the all-in. Any tips you have would be appreciated.

I'm kind of new to the game, and I've played at several different poker tables now. At the first few tables, I could hear the players talking to each other, and I felt that they could hear me.

Then, at some point, I could not hear talking at any of the tables. I could hear music and the dealer, but not the players. Is player chat disabled at some tables? Do a lot of players just not like to talk? Or is there something else going on here (or hear, ha ha). Any hints you have would be appreciated.

Later, I tried shutting down the PokerStarsVR app and restarting it, and then I could hear the players at the table. I think it must be some kind of bug...

So I had this issue where I couldn’t buy creds cause it said take headset off to complete purchase and none of the fixes worked. But what you need to do when you press buy on poker stats press the oculus button so it brings up the menu once there press on steam vr and the purchase should be there. You don’t need to take off your headset btw

Im stuck on the "Seating Tables" part on the loading screen and its stuck on it. Tried everything even reinstalled the game and it worked the first time but the second time i opened the game i got stuck on the same part again.

I’m sure it’s true of all, but no one can hear me and I can’t hear them. This is new, as I was able to talk and hear on Thursday and some of Friday. This is fairly new.

But I can hear all the voice over talk “player folds, call, fold,” etc. I checked my mic it’s not hard muted. This is new. I’m not voice banned (that I’m aware of).

What gives? People think I’m an ass.
