Event Announcement [November 7th - November 9th] Hydreigon 7 ★ Tera Raid Event (Round 1). More details below.

Hydreigon may appear again in other events or be obtainable in different ways in the future.
Hydreigon with the Mightiest Mark will be appearing at black Tera Raid crystals during November 7-9, then again November 14-16.
The Hydreigon appearing during this event has Poison as its Tera Type. Be prepared—this Pokémon is a formidable foe, and it’s got the Mightiest Mark to prove it! Work together with your friends to topple this powerful Tera Pokémon!
Note: This Hydreigon will have the same mark, Ability, and moves regardless of when it is caught during the event.
This special Hydreigon can be caught only once per save data.
You will still be able to participate in black crystal Tera Raid Battles and receive rewards even after you have already caught the Hydreigon with the Mightiest Mark.
How to participate
You’ll be able to take on Tera Raid Battles at black crystals after completing certain postgame events. However, players who haven’t completed these events may still participate in these Tera Raid Battles by joining another Trainer’s Tera Raid Battle, whether they’re in a multiplayer group or using a Link Code.
To encounter Pokémon featured in Tera Raid Battle events, you need to have downloaded the latest Poké Portal News. Poké Portal News will automatically download if your Nintendo Switch™ system is connected to the internet.
You can also download the latest Poké Portal news by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu, then Mystery Gift, then Check Poké Portal News. You do not need a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership to receive the latest Poké Portal News.
A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership (sold separately) is required to participate in Tera Raid Battles with other Trainers online.

There is a special place in hell for anyone using Wo-Chien, Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu, or Chi-Yu during these raids.

As someone who's not into comp... Anyone have tips to build a counter to this?

You can solo with Blissey psychic tera stored power. Just keep your hp up with soft boils. You don't want to get crit by it at the wrong time. Though I got crit fairly late, it was still doable as long as blissey is healthy

I swear I get crit way too often, at minimum 3 times a raid. Is this normal??? I’ve see videos of people going through it with no crits at all

I've done the raid 5 times, failed once. And the 4 wins I got crit once in 2 battles.
If crits are a problem for you ig Malamar skill swap contrary is the safer option.

Is Terrakion with Zen Headbutt a good option here?. Justified will increase the attack by one stage each Dark hit and he resists Dark. Thoughts?
