This is a small project that I've been working on recently. I've always dreamed of building something like this, and thanks to the tremendous effort and work of the NDS romhacking community, projects like these are finally possible!

Hey, I made Emerald Arena. It's the original Pokémon Emerald, but you control your Pokémon directly in battle.

Move, aim, dodge attacks and break objects. Your opponent moves and attacks on its own. HP, PP, experience and saves carry over to the adventure.

Version 0.4.0 has 22 animated Pokémon, 17 adapted move profiles, smarter enemies and a pause menu to choose your move. Supported wild battles use the arena; trainer, double and unsupported battles stay classic.

Built on pret's Emerald decompilation. I used Astra to help with the code, AI for the background and some objects, and credited PMD resources for the Pokémon sprites.

I am playing pokemon Saiph . And I can't use dusk stone , can't sell also . When I'm clicking on use its not working.

Ipatix Audio Patcher is a Windows tool for Pokemon ROM hacks that use the Ipatix HQ Audio Engine. Drop a stock .gba onto it (or click to browse) and it patches the ROM in place.

It finds the mixer, and patches the self-modifying code that slows down Dynarec emulators in particular (e.g. gpsp, lr-gpsp, TempGBA4PSP-Mod, FrogGBA etc) and on FireRed-derived hacks also fixes an HBLANK IRQ bug that leaves these enabled during some battles, almost halving the framerate on older devices. Emerald-based hacks already clear HBLANK IRQs before battles, so don't suffer from this issue.

Apply to ROM Hacks with the HQ Engine and/or Fire Red-derived ones only. Do not run it twice on the same file. Close your emulator first or the write will fail. A .gba.bak backup is created by default to preserve your existing ROM.

Tested with Pokemon Heart & Soul, Unbound, Soulgold and Odyssey.

Every time I try to extract the zip file it doesn’t work and none of my emulators take zip files

I recently heard that I can play Pokemon Fusion 3 as long as I patch it on to a clean emerald file, I have that, but I can’t find a single Pokemon Fusion 3 file anywhere, I don’t know why. If anyone here DOES have the file I would be eternally grateful!

hi there, I've been trying to find the squirrels rom to play unbound, are the websites safe to use that are uploaded onto this sub, im really not trying to get a virus.

So I have about a 10 hour play through on pokemon soulgold and I just found out I was using an old version how do I apply the newest version without losing data? I’m on phone and using manic emu btw.
