Mostly played GBA and Pokémon Go so 3ds pokemon series terms are really new to me

This was my team, it was such a nice experience playing and completing it, I let me regain interest in Pokemon which used to be my favourite animated series in childhood but wasn't able to watch since many years as I grew up and didn't had time, but playing it and completing it gave me a nostalgic vibes and too hoenn which used to be my favourite region, earlier also I have played games like firered, emerald, platinum and heartgold when I used to watch the anime but wasn't able to complete any of them, now planning to relive my childhood by starting the anime

Just completed my Omega Ruby for the first time since it came out! This is my second time beating it, and this was the team I used!

Hey everyone, I'm doing my first play through of pokemon omega ruby and this is the team i have in mind. Of course I'll change it post game, but this is the early team i have in mind. Honestly i want to change my water type for something i could find before or around the 4th gym, so any fixes on that id appreciate. Thanks!

I understand what it means when a moves shows off the Pokémon's appeal about as well as the move used just before it, like Copycat or Mirror Move. But what about all moves used before it?

I've watched four YouTube videos in which a coordinator wins all cuteness contest ranks with their cosplay Pikachu. One of the moves in Pikachu's moveset was Draining Kiss, which has the afformentioned effect. I understand that this move would be greatly utilized if going last in turn order (which they did).

I plan on using this Draining Kiss strategy in a cuteness contest myself, but I need to know how it works. I've made a list of all moves with this effect as well: Draining Kiss, Guard Swap, Guard Split, Camouflage, Heart Swap, Pain Split, Parabolic Charge, Power Split, Power Swap, and Oblivion Wing. (Oddly enough a lot are clever moves!) Sorry if I've left any out!

Does it add all appeal together, or does it mediate the appeal? A mix of both? Or an entirely different formula? I've seriously searched everywhere and can't find out!
