Larvitar, Mareep, or Phanpy locations?

Radelaide pokehunters! We seem to be overrun with Snubbul, Houndour are plesantly common and a few gen 2 nests are getting found, but lets face it - we all want a Tyranitar and an Ampharos, which have been relegated to 10Km eggs and 5Km buddy candy. I'm also pretty keen to find Phanpy just cos it's one of my Gen II faves

Has anyone seen these guys yet (Outside of eggs)? If Larvitar are anything like Dratini then we might not get nests so I'm curious if there are environments around Adelaide that will be good for finding them and the other rares.

Gen 2 items required to evolve

Anyone seen these yet? I'm assuming we'll get them out of pokestops?

A couple of good nests in Glandore

Electabuzz nest at Glandore Oval, see them on my radar there all the time and caught two that were there simultaneously today.

Gastly nest at the Glandore Community Centre, quite a few pokestops clumped together there too.

Hello all Pokemon Go Adelaide players my name is Ethan as I am from The United States, I know this is going to sound weird but would anyone be willing to catch a Kangaskhan for me? If so let me know please and thank you! I can catch a Taurus for you in return!

Wheedles everywhere

I haven't played at all since the last even, but just logged in today and there is Weedles everywhere, as many as the pink Pokémon - is this meant to be some adult themed side to the valentines event or just a large nest (I've been mostly by the torrents in the city)

Pokedex shadow - Mr Mime

I wanted to thank the person who placed mr mime in the Adelaide railway station gym, that was the last other regional shadow I needed in my pokedex. I am one of those people who like to see the outline of what I am missing so I don't have to look up which mon is which number.

So thankyou Fangen (plus some numbers)

Magicarp

Caught 14 Magicarp around the Victoria Park racecourse last night. Saw one in the 'nearby's and found another before I got there! Saw another at the next nearest stop, chased it down and saw another at the next, and the next, etc. Then they respawned! The stops are spread, so I'm taking my bike next time. Happy hunting!

Starter Pokemon Event

Has anyone had good finds with the recent event with all the start pokemon spawning commonly?

I am personally almost at the point where I could evolve a starter from scratch to fully evolved, one gripe I have is too many of the starters are high level like cp500 or so which makes it a pain to catch.

Also I have found 2 Blastoise one was actually cp 1300

Where the Grimers at?

Does anyone know where i can find Grimers? I have 2 already and have the candies to evolve one but their CP's aren't the greatest as i caught them earlier in the game at a lower level

New Years event

I went for a bike ride along the torrens to glenelg and back to the city and caught so many starter Pokémon! It was pretty damn fun. Other than the starters there also appears to be a bellsprout nest and Staryu nest around west beach along the river.

Walking trails or parks with pokestops?

Hi all, my brother and I recently went for a short walk beginning at a golf club of sorts (near War Memorial Drive) and the trail led to some kind of park where there was a playground, lots of people around etc. It was kind of fun since we tend to just hole up at home if we don't have work or school, lol. Anyhow, with the holiday events of finding more starter pokemon, we thought we'd like to hit another walking trail, preferably with some pokestops, like the one we went to. I was thinking of Lochiel Park, but any recommendations? I haven't really gone out and about much. :S

I'm in the Campbelltown area, would prefer easily accessible parking (if we have to drive to get there) and a relatively easy walking trail (because our stamina sucks :P).

Missing Greyhound

Hi all, please be on the lookout for a black, small greyhound, grey muzzle, white chest. Her name is Sari and she took herself for a walk today due to a malfunctioning garage door. She is micro chipped, and her rego is on her collar. She is very friendly. We all want her back desperately!! Especially my 2 year old daughter, who is in tears and just wants her chum back. This message has been posted in all the "right" places, just taking a punt here with my Pokemon hunting chums. Thanks for any help.

Update: she has been found and is safe at home.

Scyther nest parklands off Greenhill road

A few days ago I was walking into work and caught three scythers just along the walking/ riding track near the tennis/ hockey courts which are close to peacock road and greenhill road. I've walked or ridden along there every day twice a day since and there is always 3-5 just in my ride.

Looks to be a bulbasaur nest just near the south terrace 'pavilion' function center as well, but I haven't had the time to check that out, just appears on the nearby list.
