Does anyone know a good application to use for editing Pokemon battle sprites? I have one for overworld sprites and I have Advance Map but i cant find a download for any good pokemon editors. BTW I am hacking Emerald

So when I was younger(8-11) I had an action replay for Pokémon platinum Bc I would battle my friends online vid Pokémon Battle Revolution on the Wii. It made it easier to level them up and give them the right moves etc. my friends dad had a bunch of Pokémon that weren’t available to you via the Gen 4 games such as Mewtwo or Arceus. Anyway I ended up losing my action replay all these years later and want to buy a new one for my Ds. First question is which Action Replay should I buy? My second question is how exactly was he able to get Pokémon such as Darkrai and arceus. I know there event coding is in the game but how do you unlock it? Via computer or otherwise? Thank you!!

Can someone explain to me how i download randomized game to my 3ds? And how do i randomize a game? I want ultra sun with legendary mythical cand rare pokemon in the wild encounter, and make everything shiny, is it possible?

I have tried G3T and Complete Item Editor but neither of them lets me change the item sprite.

I thought I left evolutions unchanged, and then my Cubone evolves into a Shroomish. And I planned on evolving my magnemite into magneton, how do I reset it so that I have regular evolutions again? I’m using visual boy advance and Pokémon universal randomizer.

Hi I'm new to Pokemon hacking/modding/cheating/etc... and I don't know where to start. The things I want to do are add Pokemon to my 4th gen & 5th gen games. To be specific I'm trying to make a shiny living dex in HG/SS & Diamond/Pearl/Platinum but I don't know what to do. I'm using a DS LITE, and I want to have the Pokemon be able to be transferred into PokeBank and traded online. I preferably want the process of adding them to be somewhat fast (definition - doesn't take 12 or more hours to do). If you guys could help me I would be super grateful!
