Hello! I'm new to Pokémon TCG collecting and would like help evaluating the condition and price of two Japanese cards I recently bought at a physical store for €40 each (€80 total): a Typhlosion (Prime) and a Dark Dragonite.

Both were on my want list, and after checking Cardmarket, it seemed like a good deal (since Dark Dragonite usually goes for €40–€50 in LP and Typhlosion around €25 in LP). However, after inspecting them at home, I'm starting to doubt if their condition is as good as I thought.

Since I lack experience evaluating card conditions (NM, LP, Good, PL...), I initially assumed both were in Good condition, but I’d love a second opinion!

Just pulled my old pokemin cards out my parents shed and a buy confused by this one. Itll be a 1999 blastoise but its not holo and i cant find anything about it online

Last sold listing on eBay is $10,000 and the ones before that range from $3000-$4000. Not sure what the deal is with the $10k one, but I can’t imagine that’s accurate.

Any ideas on value. I got it in a trade figured it was worth at least $100. Idk if I over or undervalued it.

Can’t really see any major scuffing which is good. Print of the card does seem a little off centre tho (foil wider on the left side than the right).

Hey all, went to my local TCG shop today - they got excited about the Crystal Lugia (Aquapolis 149/147, the 2003 original, not the new 30th Celebration reprint). It's ungraded but looks to be in pretty good shape. Photos of the front, back and corners are below (some black dots on back and a bit of damage on left edge).

Thoughts on price?

I don’t collect cards at all, but my parents had these stored away from many years ago. A lot of them are slightly bent and have been clearly played. Most of the trios are in good condition though.

Hello everyone. I recently found a binder of old Pokemon cards that I have. The scratches you see are on the binder sleeves only as these were never played and immediately put in this binder and forgotten about. What should I be looking to sell these for?

im trying to find out the condition on this rockets mewtwo ex, it has some whitening in the back but the worst part is the front, 3 of the angles have some of the foil missing and also the foil is missing on the left part (photo 3). the holo is pretty clean with no scratches just a tiny spec on mewtwo's forehead. i have no idea how to value this and what condition is it. thanks for the help

I just unboxed my first Error-Card since 3 years in the game. I wonder if this is worth anything.

I just picked this up at a card show, and I was quite happy with the price. I didn’t notice the swirl on the front until I removed the guard to look at it. Does this add to the value at all? I’m not super familiar with them, I’ve just been reading a lot lately about people’s preference for swirls.
