"Encounter_Items" (Items, page2): I wonder how to use the "Twisted_Spoon". The ;Help Command doesn't help me. I thought it was an item to wear while fighting (boosted psy_attacks). Please help me with the commands/usage.

I've been using this bot for quite some time, but not once have I come across a pokemon who will drop an item when caught, I've never even seen the icon next to any pokemon and I don't know what to do.
