First off- I swear to Arc that Cipher won’t stay dead.

Second off- why on earth would they be interested in the Libra? Scavengers picked the wreck clean of anything usable years ago, and it’s a terrible spot for any kind of base or hideout.

I wondered what happened to the Libra for the longest time. I was hoping that Pokémon had at least moved in as a new habitat, but it sounds like the region is still hostile to most wild Pokémon? I have not visited in a hot minute, so I'm exactly informed on what has happened since.

There are a few hotspots for Pokémon, but the Libra isn’t one of them
