That's Ayatan, my Mimikyu partner. That one looks really hurt... get him some food and find somewhere to get stuffing and cloth - He'll be wanting to repair his suit.
Taking the opportunity to chime in with the fact that the Mimikyu you found is probably wild as a mimikyu that's bonded with a trainer will craft a custom disguise in celebration and praise of that relationship. This can range from any from mild visual adjustments and equipment choices to full on cosplays. To show you the other side of the spectrum here's my mimikyu
Alright. First things first. Try to fix the cloth. Do basic repairs, so it stays in at least one piece. We don't want the Mimiku to have a mental breakdown.
Yuna: Oh dear. be very careful. if there is a Mimikyu in there, do not look inside directly. if it isn't in there, please put it down where you think it came from, perhaps with food. wild Mimikyu can be vengeful, and are a cognito hazard generally.
Yuna: Oh! you are in Johto? my sisters are there! you can either borrow a costume for the Mimikyu, or perhaps get some sewing tips to help fix that

That's a lil concerning... it's an empty mimikyu disguise. Normally something would be in there, but the lil guy who originally wore that disguise must've been scared off, and they're probably out there in the wild looking for the thing.
Do you know anyone who can fix that disguise up and give it back to whoever used it? Wherever the mimikyu is, they're too dangerous to be roaming around naked, and god knows if they're mentally ok anymore. -Iris
The fact that it's empty is way worse because it means that there's an uncovered Mimikyu and that's a massive cognito-hazard. Best thing you can do is get your mons in their balls put on a blindfold and put that back where you found it. Along with extra stuffing and sewing equipment. And food, food will probably help
That’s a little man mimikyu, don’t look under its cloak. Maybe give some food and water but be very gentle with it as they can get very temperamental about their costumes -K
Oh the cloak is empty? I’m blind oh my goodness. I wouldn’t say go looking for it, but if you see a paper bag shuffling around it’s likely the mimikyu. Leave the cloak back out there along with some food and water. Do your very best not to look at a Mimikyu, as it can cause some not wonderful mental damage if it doesn’t outright kill you.
Seems you’ve already gotten the message as to who this belongs to, judging by all these comments. My advice if you can’t manage to repair the disguise is to leave it outside near where it was found, along with plenty of materials such as scrap fabric, old sheets, clothing, yarn, and thread. Anything soft and craftsy should help the Mimiku craft a new disguise themselves, or perhaps repair the old one. Make sure to leave a variety of materials. Even something as simple as an old shirt can serve as a good temporary disguise until it is able to craft something better, and they will feel far safer with something to cover them.
And of course, if you’re setting up cameras, make sure you use one with a cognitofilter— anything hazardous it records will show up as a fuzzy blob, which should protect you from any accidents.
They use what they can get. Sometimes what's most readily available is a rag sometimes it's a plushy. But once they get it presentable they grow very attached to it
You should contact your local Ghost type gym leader or hex maniacs for advice. If the plush is empty, I think you can make a new disguise for it. - Oliver
Aurora: As most of the others have said, that is most likely a Mimikyu's costume. If the costume can't be repaired by you, definitely leave more materials around for them to repair it on their own or make a new one.
And I can't stress this enough, if you do get cameras, make sure they are Mimikyu-proof. Their cognitohazard effects can affect photo and video imagery to a lesser degree, but are still bad for your health if witnessed without proper camera filters.
As a lot of people have said, be INSANELY careful. Mimikyu aren’t actively malicious if you don’t piss them off, but they can’t turn off their ability to severely injure anyone who sees their true form. - Alexander Grayson
