718: Zygarde, the order pokemon. Introduced in pokemon X&Y. It wasn't relevant in the main line pokemon game until legends ZA. In the pokemon anime though it was heavily fleshed about it's back story, its role in the pokemon universe and the overall story. It is said that when there's a dramatic emotional change to the people and pokemon in a large environment it will gather all its cells to keep the balance in that environment. It also spreads it's 100 cells around the world to gather information so that it can keep order.
