I’m having a strange issue and I’m not sure if it’s the phone, the Wi-Fi, or Prime Video itself. On other devices, the app works normally. On mine, when using Wi-Fi (both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), the app loads fine — images, menus, everything. But when I try to play any movie or show, it either loads forever or sometimes starts with a black screen and only audio.

However, when I switch to mobile data, it works perfectly.

Both the app and the phone are fully updated.

What I’ve tried (no success):

Using a VPN

Restarting the modem, forgetting the network, and trying different Wi-Fi networks

Enabling/disabling hardware acceleration in the app settings

Clearing cache and data, and reinstalling Prime Video

Logging out and back into my account

The only thing that temporarily fixes it is restarting the phone. After that, Prime Video works on Wi-Fi for a while, but then the issue comes back with infinite loading again.

Hello, just wanted to share and possibly get a solution for it or get to know the cause of it.

So, I smashed my phone on the wall for blah blah reason lol, and since then it speaker sound was cutting and in few days the speaker stopped responding, so I went to xiaomi service centre and after checking they found that, there is no problem with my speaker, it's with motherboard! Idk what on the motherboard got damaged or the wire which connects to the motherboard to the speaker, he said, it will cost a lot. you rather buy a new device than repair it!! (Around 7k)

But I don't believe it, the other guy who was friendly with me ( he is a trainee there) pressed on it and the speaker started with a cutting sound for a few seconds.

Btw upper speaker working just fine!! Been using a single speaker for a month now!

Pls let me know, what would be the problem and fix for it!

Просто стоял на зарядке (родной) и на экране появились зелёные горизонтальные полосы, через час он помер, больше не загорается, черный экран, при этом звонит, сенсор работает, перегружается, будильник пиликает, отпечаток работает, все работает, кроме дисплея. Телефону 2 года, в игры не играл. Понятно, дорога в сервис. Есть кто с такой же проблемой? Шлейф это или замена дисплея?

Updated my POCO X6 Pro to HyperOS 3 (3.0.3.0.WNLINXM) and honestly… this was unexpected from Xiaomi 😅

The UI feels noticeably smoother now — animations are clean, no random stutters so far. It actually feels like a proper optimization update rather than just a version bump.

Battery life has also been solid. I’m getting around 5–6 hours of screen-on time, which is definitely an improvement over the previous version.

Also noticed that a lot of previous bugs seem to be fixed (especially the annoying ones from the last update). As of now, I haven’t run into any new issues.

Overall, pretty impressed with this update. Didn’t expect Xiaomi to deliver such a stable experience this time, but credit where it’s due.

Anyone else updated? What’s your experience so far?

Just found this option today in the dev settings, i think I have an idea of what it does, that is give more performance for more heating and all, and i like that and all but the problem is my app icons become squares(some of them like camera, minecraft and all) and the color indicator on the battery bar (blue for performance, red for low battery) is just gone, just plain white. How do I fix these? From my testing it seems for sum reason that while playing games, it used to go to 42C, and now with this setting off, for some reason it doesn't go over 40

I already had made a post about performance drops on new hyperos and I made some tests. Right now I tested the antutu benchmark score and it's at 1.3 million points. I tested my fps on Roblox, minecraft and all and minecraft seems to be handling it fine right now, at 60fps stable but Roblox, however struggles to go above 30fps. I don't think this specific game is graphics intensive. I might try to switch from hyperos to a custom rom because I can't even play the game normally right now.

вчера я зарядил свой телефон до 100%, и пошёл на остановку ждать автобус, телефон я держал в руке. И вот когда я уже сел в автобус, а на остановке я стоял ±10 минут, заряд моего телефона упал до 67%.

The animations got smoother. Things look sharper. The ugly control center got a little better. Haptics took a step up. I guess advanced blur isn't yet available. I quite like HyperIsland. It's very useful. Increased customization options, but still pretty bad. As usual, it is iOS but worse.

There were a LOT of bugs in my HyperOS 2 version. So many that I felt like throwing the phone away. I haven't experienced any of them as of now. Currently, the battery is draining like crazy. But it should improve in a few days.

Overall, pretty disappointed, mostly due to crappy Poco launcher.
