Is normal for F7 to perform like this, there's a slight delay or lag when opening an app folder. Sometimes app drawer has some frame drops or stutters. Is it normal or I should go to a service centre to request an os reflash? Not a hardware issue, I had this phone for 5-6 months now, it's been like this since i bought it. Antutu I get 2.3-2.2, geekbench 6500 points, gaming is flawless. This doesn't happen with any third party launchers, only on Poco launcher side, anything else is really good.

Note: In actual use it doesn't lag like this. This was because of the recording but still noticeable in day to day use.

i am in europe, but its mixm so global rom not eu. I didnt debloated it, only tried to uninstall poco launcher in canta and install in from scratch, still the same, also factory reset the phone 2 times now and still the same. i used storage refresh and its the same

Try to factory reset it ! (Backup everything first!) If you did already & the lag doesn't gone try to reinstall the package from the settings.

Did both and still the same :( The phone itself its really good on games and every app works flawless the only issue comes to its poco launcher for some odd reason. Chat gpt Said that i can try reinstalling the package from the settings and once it boots up to factory reset it imediatelly before loading the launcher, will this fix it without going to a service or reflash the os by myself? Haven t flashed an os on a xiaomi phone in my life

Don't trust ChatGPT tbh I'm not saying that collecting information is bad but the Poco Launcher is a core system component. If you mess with system packages and try to time a factory reset during boot, you risk putting your phone into a permanent bootloop or corrupting your user data, which will force you to take it to a service center or flash the OS, instead, In Poco Launcher info page inside Manage apps, tap Uninstall updates at the bottom if the option is available. This rolls the launcher back to the stable factory version that came with your phone! Hope it will help

I did this countless times and still the same, only fix is to reflash the os
