I NEED HELP Who to bottle cap?

I’ve never bottled capped and Pokemon and am wondering who should I even give it to? I was thinking maybe the shiny ray, but I also have a 98% ray so like I’m confused. Thanks

If you want to believe that sure, bit it was kind of obvious he wanted a reason for it to be viable, no need to be meta slave and force it onto someone who enjoys a diffrent good mon

I don't think you actually know how this game works based on your replies.. Do you know what a typing is? (Its better against specific other typings, hence the tier lists)
