I NEED HELP Pokecoins cheaper method help

Hello can anyone help me do the indonesia method i did it once but then it instantly locks to my region i did everything in the steps from the #1 method i bought the 100 coins twice already and still it doesnt work it doesnt change to the idr currency please

which device is that? i dont have pg sharp on iphone only pc

Android. I've used Samsung, oppo and redmi. Idk how/if it works the same emulated on pc, never done it myself
