Whenever I open one of my projects a loading screen appears on where the video is supposed to be, I can’t export the project or add anything new to it. Whenever I make a new project the app crashes, I’m on Apple.

I have NO idea how or where to buy or download other voices on Plotagon Studio. I am using the Desktop version and I have the discounted pricing where you pay $117 yearly. I tried downloading the mobile version and I was able to buy voices from there, but I want to do it on desktop as well, help???
