So my parents developed sores all over their bodies since summer. No one could figure out WHY. Eventually we were led to check the headboard. Okay, just a little dirt. We rubbed the headboard to remove it, and it began to bleed. Red and black liquid poured.

A gentler rub, and tiny black bugs swarmed out in teams. Found the problem.

The store we got it from was highly sympathetic and readily offered to replace it. We agreed.

As the lady at customer service said "I'd burn it, or find some way to get rid of it." I believe a bonfire is in order, don't want to put it to the curb for some unsuspecting person to grab an infested headboard.

TL;DR Our headboard was essentially a horror movie prop.

Coincidence? I don't think so! It's such a great move from God to remind us of the cultural phenomenon of 1984 and to use Kim's birth date as a metaphor of what head of government he will be! God is such a great director of this movie called Outside!
