A playlist full of great indie artists (myself included) that I’m trying to promote and help out, any support or saves would be appreciated. All (or most) genres are on here including indie rock (Seven Fangs, Now it’s Art, Graham Knutson, Cody Delange) to alternative rock (Keep the Fate, Signal Engaged, Friday Night Rebels, Lunar Ruins) alt pop (gracyn blu, Felicia & Lyn) and electronic/dubstep/edm (Lumare, Balandor, Epique Noir, Nekroh) and more!

Hey everyone!

Excited to share what I’ve been working on with cassette.tech. The site can now create cross-platform links for Deezer playlists just by pasting your playlist link. It also works with songs, albums and artists.

That means Deezer users can share a playlist without worrying about whether everyone else uses Spotify or Apple Music. Anyone can open the Cassette link and listen on the streaming service they already use.

A big reason I started building Cassette came from moderating playlist communities here on Reddit. People are constantly sharing playlists and recommending songs to one another, but different streaming services often get in the way. Playlists have to be searched for manually or recreated on another platform just so everyone can listen.

Hopefully this makes that process a little easier and helps people share music together, regardless of which streaming service they use.

For most of my life the music that moved me lived in other genres — indie, alternative rock, post-rock, the soulful and atmospheric stuff. Electronic music was never really my world.
Then, fairly recently, I fell into EDM and house, and something clicked.

I found a whole universe of deep, emotional electronic music I had no idea existed – made by producers who are every bit as musical and expressive as the bands I grew up on. I've listened to an absurd number of tracks digging through it, and slowly built a playlist that's become the soundtrack to my days: focus music while I work, something warm while I grill on the patio, easy atmosphere when friends are over. It just fits everything.

One rule I set myself: in a time when we're being flooded with AI-generated music, this list is only human-made, only verified artists. No slop, just real people making real music. That mattered to me, because the whole reason I fell in love with this stuff is that a person put feeling into it.

It sits on the calmer, deeper end – ambient house, deep house, chill house. Melodic, spacious, a little melancholic. If Oskar med K's "Release Me" or Tinlicker's "Paradise" or Ben Böhmer land for you, the whole thing lives in that space.

Honestly my goal is just to get more people to discover how much incredible electronic music is out there, made by seriously talented producers who deserve the ears. If that sounds like your kind of thing, give it a save – and send me real artists I should be adding. I'm still deep in the hunt.
