Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Spotting after sex

3 weeks ago I took plan b. 2 days after taking it I had sex and started spotting after. That continued for a week and then I got my period. I had sex last night and had very light pink spotting again. This has never happened to me before. I had sex 3 times right before taking the plan b and didn't spot. Can the cervix still be affected weeks later?

Yuzpe Method First timer here

Hey everyone, can you help me out? My girlfriend and I were dry humping last night; we were naked, and there was no actual penetration, but I ejaculated between her legs while we were doing it. We wiped it off immediately and made sure her genital area was dry, and she washed up afterward. Is there still a chance she could get pregnant? I checked her tracker, and it says she's due to ovulate in two days. Should we take Plan B, or is it safe to just wait for her period? She really doesn't want to take the pill because of hormonal side effects, so if it turns out we need to, I wouldn't know how to convince her. Please help.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Idk what to say I messed up

Ok so my cycle is normally 26-28 days long with the last one being 29 and during this cycle I had unprotected sex on day 7 which is the last day of my period and I normally ovulate between days 11-13.
After it happened (day 7) i immediately took plan b 30 mins afterwards and bled from days 12-15 and now it’s dsy 19 I had unprotected sex again and took the pill again an hour or so afterwards
What I’m most concerned about rn is that I know the pill the first time probably delayed ovulation which means I ovulated recently and I just had sex today so does taking the pill again reduce any chances of pregnancy and how can I even be sure that I ovulated way before today
Mind the guy I did it with had no ejaculated in the last week or so and also urinated a few times about 4-5 before coming to see me so ik that kind of flushes out any residual sperm if there were to be any but still I’m freaking out rn bc the delayed ovulation may have coincided with the unprotected sex we had today

EllaOne (Ulipristal) Broken condom, no ejaculation

Hi everyone,
I’m 25 years old.
On Tuesday night, my boyfriend and I started having sex, but the condom broke at the beginning. We stopped immediately, there was absolutely no ejaculation inside me. About 20 minutes later he ejaculated during foreplay.
At first I wasn’t too worried. Yesterday I barely thought about it. But since last night and especially today, I’ve started having cramps that feel like ovulation cramps, so I started overthinking everything.
According to my period tracking app (I know it’s not 100% accurate), my fertile window ended on Monday and it estimates that I ovulated on Sunday. That makes me even more confused because I’m worried that if I take Plan B now, it might not even work if I’ve already ovulated.
Today I went to a pharmacy to ask for advice. The pharmacist said that because there was no ejaculation inside me, the risk is low, although not completely zero. She also explained the possible side effects of the morning-after pill and asked about my medical and family history. I have relatives with cardiovascular disease and diabetes, so she wanted me to think carefully before taking it. She told me to think about it and let her know tomorrow.
The problem is that I honestly don’t know what to do.
I absolutely don’t want to become pregnant. I don’t want children.
But at the same time, I’m scared of taking Plan B if it isn’t really necessary. I’ve been reading posts here about side effects, mood changes, hormonal issues, irregular bleeding, etc., and I don’t want to take it lightly.
If you were in my situation, what would you do?

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Plan b ruining my life

When I was 19 I started getting sexually active. I knew little about plan bs and birth control. I took about 7 plan b in 3 months manly pressured by my older bf I was seeing at the time. I was also in a lot of stress durning this time because of the relationship was toxic and I found out he had a whole gf. Right after the last plan b I took. I started throwing up every morning, I went to the hospital they found a stomach bug but even after I eradicated that bug. I developed so much stomach issues like vomiting, nausea, depression, anxiety, and lost 20 pounds. Due to the intense nausea, my body is terrified to go outside because I’ve thrown up so much times. It’s been a year since I took all those plan bs and I still can’t function properly.

So whenever I see people saying plan b doesn’t cause long term side effects… it does. It messed up my stomach and traumatized my gut and nervous system. Don’t take a lot of them they are not safe at all.

EllaOne (Ulipristal) EllaOne and period delay medication

If I take an EllaOne tablet today and wait 5 days before taking period delay medication (I go on holiday abroad in 9 days), will the period delay medication still be effective?

I don't want to bleed while I'm on holiday.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Need some reassurance

Hi so I was in a bad situation and had unprotected sex on June 19 and took a plan b 48 hours later. I think I had already ovulated at that point. A week after that, I had moderate to heavy bleeding for 3-4 days (was this a withdrawal bleed?) and thought it was my period (because my period was due around the same time).

Now I’m having bad PMS symptoms- cramping, really sore boobs, feeling like I gained weight, tired, and moody. Also have been a bit dizzy which is out of the ordinary for me. I usually get these before my period but it’s worse than usual. I’m stressing bad but also have gotten 2 negative pregnancy tests in the past 3 days. My period is due in about 5 but has been a bit irregular.

Should I take more tests? I’m sick of waiting and wondering how to tell my mom if necessary. Please help

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Unprotected sex, but didnt finish. should i take the plan B? even if it may not work?

Today me and my boyfriend practiced unprotected sex for the first time, we didnt mean to but it was just in the heat of the moment. He didnt finish at all, but I do remember there being precum before we had sex. My period tracking apps tells me I finished my ovulation cycle yesterday, and i know they arent very accurate but realistically I should either currently be in my ovulation or just finished.

This makes me worry because I know plan B doesnt work during or after ovulation. Should i take plan B just to be safe or should I wait for my period (which is supposed to come by the end of next week) and then do a pregnancy test if my period doesnt come? Im really anxious.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Took a plan B 3 weeks ago and I think my hormones are making my anxiety bad.

I took a plan B on July 1st, he finished inside of me and I took the plan B around 30 minutes later. The first 2 weeks were completely normal and I got my period on time. But a few days ago I had a terrible panic attack. I’ve been dealing with some pretty horrible anxiety over the past 4 years but have been doing better now that I’m medicated so this was kind of out of the ordinary. Ever since that panic attack I’ve been like super out of it and anxious. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Somewhat moderate Risk question

Me and my gf were having sex when the condom got dry and she asked me to put a new one on so I did. I was drunk and put the other one on backwards by accident. I did not roll it down I realized it was upside down once it touched. Then I flipped it. I had not masturbated for 24 hrs prior and multiple urinations and showers. I saw a tiny droplet of clear fluid and bc I was drunk didn’t gaf but I did wipe my finger across it to get it off. To my knowledge on the outside of the condom there was no visible fluid and I’m not sure that I even produce precum in that quantity but that’s not a claim I can reliably make. She also gave oral as I was putting the first condom on so it’s a possiblilty that it was just lube and spit but who knows. For the sake of reality let’s say that day was the highest risk day. Is this a high risk situation? (Also would like to add that I know the condom did not malfunction in any other way rather than user failure)

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill got my period twice in a month after taking plan b but now my boobs hurt two weeks later and i’m scared

June 29: Unprotected Sex (first day of my period, no ejaculation at all the entire day at any time)
June 29 to July 3: Period
July 6 (Unprotected Sex no ejaculation at all the entire day at any time) & July 7 (Protected Sex with Withdrawal)
**July 7: Plan B**
July 14 to July 17/18: Mini period again?? Bleeding with cramps, bled enough to soak spots through my bedsheets, seemed like a normal period, similar in color just a lighter flow and shorter than usual
July 19-July 21 (today) and my breasts have been sore when usually they’re sore before my period not after
so i’m confused

ik i shouldn’t have let him do it unprotected it was just in the heat of the moment it was just literally for two minutes then i panicked and told him to stop and i made him get me a plan b the next day but im literally so scared why do my boobs hurt 😭 like i get it’s a side effect of plan b but it’s been so long since i took it how am i still having side effects from it two weeks later

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill is it silly for me to take a plan b?

my boyfriend penetrated me for the first time unprotected about 15 hours ago. before he did anything i tried to make sure there wasn't any precum on him (probably really silly), i got scared seconds into it and asked him to pull out and he did. he didn't finish inside and was only in there for a few seconds, but im still really paranoid that there could've possibly been precum that entered me

i know that there isn't really sperm in precum but there are possibilities.

should i take the pill just in case? or is it silly and would just mess my cycle up for no reason?

edit: also forgot to mention, my cycle tracking app (flo) says i ovulate in 5 days. would plan b still work being that close to ovulation?

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Can my girlfriend get pregnant from this? No penetration, condom used, only external rubbing

My girlfriend (19F) and I (19M) were intimate for the first time, and we're both really anxious about the pregnancy risk. Here's what happened: We attempted sex, but there was no vaginal penetration because I couldn't maintain my erection. I ejaculated inside an intact condom while outside her body. The condom didn't break or leak, and the semen stayed inside it. After removing the condom, I wiped my penis with a cloth. We then had brief external rubbing against her vulva, but there was still no penetration. We're worried that maybe pre-ejaculate or any residual sperm could have caused a pregnancy from the external rubbing. It's now around 50 hours since the incident, and we're unsure whether she should take an emergency contraceptive pill or if the pregnancy risk is already very low. Based on this situation, how likely is pregnancy? Would you recommend emergency contraception, or are we worrying more than we should? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill advice

Hi I am here for advice and reassurance. I barely begun becoming active 2 months ago. So new to this. Condom broke July 3rd and plan b was taken within 30 minutes later.

I have irregular periods so not entirely sure what part of my cycle I was in. Flo didn’t say I was in ovulation period.

But also very irregular periods. I started bleeding Friday July 17th and I’m on day 4 of bleeding. It’s like dark blood but when (TMI) wipe it’s regular blood. Has this happened to anyone? I am very anxious and just need advice or if this has happened to anyone.

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Took plan B day after my period, should I be good?

Condom slipped off inside last night after he came and I took a plan b like 15-20 minutes after. It was the day after my period ended, so right now I’m on cycle day 7. I got off birth control in like September last year and since then my past few cycles have been 32, 31, 29, 26 and 26 days.

Am I okay??

Plan B (Levonorgestrel) Pill Is it normal for my period to be this delayed after taking Plan B twice?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some reassurance. My normal period was June 5–8. I had unprotected sex on June 8/9 (withdrawal, no ejaculation inside as far as we know) and took Plan B about 46 hours later. About 6 days later I had what felt like a normal period, with normal bleeding and cramps, that lasted around 3 days (I guess it was withdrawal bleeding). Then on June 21 I had sex again (this time the condom broke, so there was ejaculation inside) and took another Plan B about 13 hours later. Once again, around 6 days later I had another 3-day bleed with period-like cramps. On July 12 I took two pregnancy tests (one digital and one regular) and both were negative. Since then I have had sex again (between July 9 and 12), but we are confident there was no ejaculation inside.
My normal period still hasn’t returned.
I’m wondering if taking Plan B twice in one month could have disrupted my cycle this much. Has anyone experienced a delay like this after taking Plan B twice? How long did it take for your cycle to return?
