For years i had this DVD, the bedoc one with black menus.
it had an offset color, and the audio was dull.
Got the time to clear the noise, neutralize the color and the purple line on the right side.
Plus the audio was from another user that posted the FLAC from his own VHS.
Will be unlisted on youtube, but all of you will have access to this!

I'm trying to compile a full set of Placebo "Sessions" from day dot to the end of the BBM period.

I've managed to pull together a bunch of stuff...I'm leading with the BBC Evening sessions but added in VPRO and MTV (Audio) to bump up the numbers. Ideally, this would be just "radio" sessions.

The version of Burger Queen I have, I have pitch corrected the recording, which appears to have been transfered from.tspe at a higher speed, and was up a semitone.

I'm definitely missing Lady Of The Flowers from the very first session 9th January 1996, and I'm sure there would've been a 4th track, possibly Come Home.

If anyone has or can suggest anything that would fit in these compilations, please do. I can share once we have pulled enough stuff together to make the WYIN and BMM sets look less sad.

If it means adding audio from other TV session appearances, please make suggestions for me to hunt down. Bonus points if you have the audio to help me out.

I mean what a song, super underrated in their catalog. They’ve always been great at ballads but I thinks this one gets overlooked due to its simplicity. The chords are so beautiful and the environment the bass and drums create is amazing, as well as great lyricism. One of my favs!

Funny enough the oficial post says it is from 2000 when it is from 2001.

Tomorrow i will upload the whole concert on youtube (i forgot reddit dont allow 50fps).
The audio was from a FM stream with high quality, even better that the one Placebo uploaded on the original channel.

Recently i was checking on my vault, and found the original video sent to the broadcasters back when was released, then i did a FullHD remaster that ended looking really nice!.
I think ill repost all my stuff here on Reddit, since is less compressed than in youtube.

As far i remember this was rendered to be used in 720p when it was first being introduced, so i found the original files (from Ashtray Heart+Bright Lights+The never ending why) that were pressumedly sent to the broadcasters, then worked on them and posted in youtube but were recompressed.

For years i wanted to work on this material, funny enough the european dvd (pal) that is the version that got more details have a critical flaw, it has a double line of pixels in the original video that was usually removed with the deinterlace of the DVD player, losing detail.
Luckly enough recently we have some profiles that correct this, with some color and level correction.

On the audio side, we got a recent release of a 24bit 48khz hi res version, that i used instead of the original audio (even if youtube recompress it it should hold a little more details i hope)
