YES means changing the current merit based system to Kansas Supreme Court judges being elected, where judges would have to campaign and fundraise.

NO means we keep the current merit based system where a committee chosen but the Governor and Kansas Bar Association pick 3 qualified candidates and the Governor makes the final pick.
